What is your primary product or service?
We at Celestial Jewel create custom jewelry. We offer repair service for jewelry and watch repairs. We also offer Gemological sevice and appraisal for Insurance.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I took a geology course in college where I learned about minerals and never looked back. I received a degree in design and repair then became a Graduate Gemologist from G.I.A in 1998.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We like to say that "We specialize in the impossible." If you have been turned down from other jewelers, come by you may be suprized!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in San Antonio, Texas.
