Klotz Associates, Inc. is a firm of consulting civil engineers. Since 1937, our firm has emphasized public works and infrastructure projects in both rural and urban environments. These projects have included feasibility studies through final design; preparation of plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E); and construction-phase services. Our projects have involved park and recreational facilities; traffic and transportation assignments; drainage and flood control projects; structural engineering design for buildings, roads, bridges, and highways; site development for both residential and commercial facilities; the design and / or rehabilitation of waste water collection, treatment, and disposal systems; water supply and distribution systems; and airfield projects, including airfield layout plans, taxi and runway design, and non-destructive testing of pavement.
