How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1990.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer tax preparation, IRS representation, bookkeeping and business services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is financial services. It was a natural transition to tax preparation because many issues in financial services relate to taxation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
All of our tax preparers are licensed and recognized by IRS as tax practitioners. Because we are tax practitioners, we may represent taxpayers before IRS. Our main focus is to be client centered. We always try to insure our clinets' experience is enjoyable, private, comfortable, and worry-free.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location with no anticipation of expansion. We do not want to dilute the skill level we offer by hiring tax preparers who are not licensed.

Coming from W Loop 410, turn west on Marbach Rd. Go one mile, cross Hunt Lane and we are located in the shopping strip on the immediate right next to Dominos Pizza.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa and Master Card. We have a variety of methods where taxpayers can have there fees deducted from their tax refund proceeds.
Which areas do you service?
We service San Antonio and several neighboring small towns such as Poteet, Hondo, and Devine. However, we have clients in many areas of the world. Because of this we offer secure transfer of files of up to 2G.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our company is owned and operated by Gary Carpenter and two full-time staff members. We are open year round.
What are your hours of operation?
