How long have you been in business?
We have been in operation for eleven years.
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily offer turn-key billing services to EMS, Ambulance, and Primary Physician groups all around the country, with an emphasis on education first.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a Paramedic, first, and have been in EMS for 28 years. I saw a huge need for sole practioners, and small companies in the arena of billing management and so here we are!!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I understand the practioner as well as the business person. They often are two very distinct people. I can bridge that gap across both levels of understanding.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One in San Antonio Texas. Thanks to the internet, there is no need to open another office and increase my costs. This helps me keep my pricing aggressive in the marketplace.

Steve McCormick is the owner operator, and Juanita Carrillo, is our GM. She runs the Daily operation.
