I grew up in Louisiana and I would cook on Sunday mornings with my grandmother who was born & raised in Lebanon. I have always had the Mediterranean upbringing with the Louisiana flare!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe in using only fresh ingredients no matter how large the event may be. I believe in cooking from scratch and using homeade recipes

We currantly have 1 location in the Medical center in san Antonio
